ENGINEERING ADJUSTABLE ARMRESTS

UNHAPPY PASSENGERS = UNHAPPY LIFE

We love to ride, and we love our passengers. We also know that comfortable, happy passengers lead to more laughs and longer rides.

After countless hours of elbows rumbling against the hard-edged doors of our Maverick X3 and RZR XP, we finally took the hint: these machines need armrests.

CUSTOMIZED COMFORT
 FOR ALL

As we prototyped armrests for the Maverick X3 and RZR XP, we faced a design challenge: UTV seat heights can’t be adjusted.

So, we decided to play around with different mounting hardware to try to make the armrests adjustable in height and angle positioning.

After three initial prototypes, the first-ever SxS adjustable UTV armrest was born.

IF YOU BUILT IT TOUGH, IT WILL LAST

We wanted our armrests to support riders of all sizes. It was important to us that a big guy could put their entire body weight on the armrests if they chose.

So, we continued to increase width of the steel support frames and mounting bracketry until the armrest could support over 350 lbs. of weight.

NOBODY LIKES SACRIFICES

When we ride, we like to have quick-access storage for our phone, wallet, keys, etc.

We didn’t want to have to choose between door bags and armrests.

So we created armrest storage pouches with rigid structuring made from TPU to keep all the essentials nearby and protected from water and dust.
