The Dome Light Hi-Jack Harness is a true upgrade, not a replacement. It plugs in between your OEM dome light and it's factory connector, adding a magentic door sensor that switches the light on when you open the door. No new light to buy, no housing to swap, and no need to change how your cab looks. The harness runs off constant power, so the light works whether the machine is running or not. And with our Smart Draw design, we made sure it won't drain the battery.

The Dome Light Hi-Jack install is clean and straightforward:
Step 1: ACCESS OEM DOME LIGHT (Look to instructions for specific steps)
Step 2: INSTALL HI-JACK HARNESS (Plug & Play, connects between OEM light and RAVEK harness)
Step 3: ROUTE MAGENTIC SENSOR (Route the sensor wire to the door frame and mount with adhesive)
Step 4: CONNECT TO POWER (Connects to constant power and ground connection)
Step 5: TEST FUNCTIONALITY (Verify door-activated sensor and rocker swtich functions before cleaning up wires)

Does this replace my factory dome light?
No, the Hi-Jack Harness works with the dome light already installed in your cab. There's no new light to mount.
Will my factory dome light still turn on/off manually?
Yes, the included 3-mode rocker switch gives you Door Activated, Always On, or Always Off control.
Does the light still work when the machine is off?
Yes. The harness is wired to constant power, so the light works even when the mahcine is off.
Will this drain my battery if I leave it installed?
No, RAVEK's Dome Light Harness is designed no not trickle draw the battery when the light is off.
